SKRA stands for Six Keywords Ranking Average: a single score that measures how well a law firm ranks across six practice-specific
keywords in a given market. For each keyword, we record where the firm appears in Google's organic
results and in the local map pack, converting raw positions into a page score from 1.0 (page 1) to
7.0 (not found). The six scores are then averaged (with the two primary keywords weighted double)
producing an Organic Ranking Average and a Maps Ranking Average. The SKRA is the mean of those two values.
Lower is better: a
score of 1.0 means the firm ranks on page 1 for every keyword in both channels.
Organic Ranking Avg = (2 × KW₁ + 2 × KW₂ + KW₃ + KW₄ + KW₅ + KW₆) / 8
Maps Ranking Avg = same weighting applied to map pack ranks
SKRA (Six Keywords Ranking Average) = (Organic + Maps) / 2
Sorted by SKRA (Six Keywords Ranking Average); lower is better
Intent measures whether a firm deliberately targets this specific practice area + market, based on what their website says about itself.
